The Oberman Law Firm has been serving the Lowcountry for over 50 years. We have a general civil practice in all South Carolina and Federal Courts, and appeal cases in a wide range of legal matters. These include disputes in banking, business, probate, real estate, negligence, family law, and technology.  In addition, we assist clients in setting up businesses and drafting documents for legal transactions. Marvin I. Oberman started the practice in the fall of 1962 with an emphasis on individual and concentrated attention to the needs of each client.  He was joined in November, 1990, by his son, Harold A. Oberman. The firm associates with other counsel and experts as needed for each case, and therefore able to expand, as required, to handle discovery and intensive litigation in technological matters, real estate, personal injury, probate and family law with a reasonable fee structure.
